BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and professional Leasing Consultant to join a premier residential community in Hoboken, NJ!

Are you a customer-focused leasing professional who enjoys helping people find their next home? BG Staffing is currently looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to provide exceptional service and support at a beautiful apartment community in Hoboken. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, leasing experience, and a passion for creating positive resident experiences.

Position Details

📍 Location: Hoboken, NJ 07030

💲 Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

📅 Schedule: Every Wednesday

⏰ Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🍴 Lunch Break: 1 Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct apartment and community tours.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Explain lease terms, community amenities, and application requirements.
• Process applications and maintain accurate leasing records.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with administrative and office-related duties as needed.
• Support property management operations while maintaining a positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing consultant, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and administrative skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional resident service.
