We are seeking an experienced Package Engineer to support large-scale life cycle management initiatives. The role involves leading packaging development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality packaging solutions.

• Plan and execute packaging engineering assignments for life cycle management initiatives.

• Develop materials and structural aspects of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary packaging systems.

• Design, create, and approve component specifications in collaboration with R&D.

• Lead package design development, documentation, and approvals (e.g., specifications, assessments, trial protocols, reports).

• Coordinate and conduct physical testing to ensure product and package integrity from manufacturing through end use.

• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related issues in manufacturing and field operations.

• Execute packaging projects in compliance with government and corporate guidelines.

• Conduct package line trials and package testing.

• Work with cGMP standards and maintain proficiency in cGMP documentation.

• Develop copy and graphics specifications, pallet patterns, and finished put-up specifications.

• Perform SAP tasks such as data entry, raw material code requests, and bill of material creation/revisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably in Pharma/Medical Device/FMCG.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements.

• Proficiency in SAP and packaging-related documentation.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and packaging line trials.
