Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator (Metal Experience Required) – 2nd Shift
Location: Northern Monmouth County, NJ​
Pay Rate: $28-32/hour, based on experience

Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)

What You’ll Do ​

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to produce precision parts

• Load raw materials, perform test runs, and inspect parts for accuracy

• Track hours and job progress using shop computers

• Maintain clean, organized equipment and follow all safety protocols

What We’re Looking For ​

• 2–4 years of machining experience or technical school certification

• Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and setups

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications

• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and mechanically inclined

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a production environment
