Part-Time Registered Nurse for Home Care
Assisting Hands Home Care in Maywood is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our team! If you have a passion for providing excellent care and want to make a difference in our clients' lives, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial assessments at clients' homes
- Create care plans tailored to client needs
- Conduct orientations for new caregivers
- Perform supervisory visits and calls to ensure quality care
- Make follow up calls to ensure client and caregiver satisfaction
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Ability to drive to clients' homes
- Experience in home care is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
