EMT

Salary:
$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: First 4am pick up and then as late as 6pm for last drop off. Monday – Friday only.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional EMT-B to provide non-emergency medical transportation for patients traveling to dialysis, wound care, and hyperbaric appointments. This role requires a patient-focused individual who is comfortable working with elderly patients, can maintain a calm demeanor, and adheres to uniform and grooming standards. The schedule is Monday–Friday with early morning start times.

Job Responsibilities:
• Safely transport patients to and from scheduled medical appointments
• Assist elderly patients in and out of vehicles and medical facilities
• Follow transport protocols and accurately document each trip
• Maintain professionalism when working with patients who may be quiet, particular, or routine-driven
• Handle minor blood exposure without hesitation
• Wear the provided uniform and maintain neat grooming at all times
• Complete a structured week-long training program to learn all procedures and expectations

Qualifications:
• Active EMT-B certification (must be current, with no upcoming expiration)
• Up-to-date CPR certification
• Experience working with elderly individuals (home health, assisted living, EMS, hospital, etc.)
• Comfortable around wounds and minor blood exposure
• Dependable, patient, and able to work early morning weekday shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm, respectful, and steady
