Sea Breeze manufactures and distributes premium beverages on tap in the Metro New York—New Jersey area. Since 1925, we have provided customized design, installation, and repair of bar guns and beverage dispensing systems to hospitality, educational, and healthcare facilities. We also manufacture a variety of chocolate syrups, pancake syrups, cocktail mixers, and other flavored syrups for retail distribution in the US and globally.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Stockroom Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring equipment and inventory are efficiently managed and accurately replenished. The ideal candidate will be responsible for systematically selecting equipment, managing inventory reorder processes, and ensuring that returned equipment is effectively reallocated. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish Equipment: Regularly restock equipment to ensure inventory levels meet operational needs.

• Systematic Equipment Selection: Efficiently select equipment according to scheduled deliveries and pickups.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and reorder inventory as necessary to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages.

• Stock Organization: Accurately put away inventory stock in designated areas to facilitate easy access and tracking.

• Cleaning Equipment: Cleaning returned equipment from customers and preparing it for the next customer.

• Reallocation of Returned Equipment: Process returned equipment and reallocate it back into inventory following established procedures.

• Packing and Shipping: Pack and ship parts designated for repair, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• Equipment Staging: Prepare and stage equipment for the following day’s planned work to ensure readiness and efficiency.

• Field Work: 10-20% of the time will be helping out in the field and visiting our customers in the NJ & NY areas.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Fridays 4pm) and Saturdays 8am-12pm
