We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Ramsey, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure inventory compliance and customer safety by verifying and managing product serial numbers. Responsibilities:

• Verify and confirm product serial numbers for inventory, customer orders, and customer returns to ensure compliance.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly address any discrepancies.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance inventory management processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Utilize Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs, to analyze and report inventory data.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and management to resolve inventory-related issues.

• Support auditing processes by providing accurate and timely inventory information.

• Assist in ensuring all inventory activities align with customer safety and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with the department manager to meet operational goals and deadlines.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain logistics.
• Knowledge of auditing and compliance practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
