Delivery Lead

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead for a Contract position with a client in Folsom, NJ. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading teams and projects as well as diving into solution details and Oracle configuration.

Rate Range: $80/hour to $84/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Delivery Lead job responsibilities include:

• Lead integration workstreams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle Utilities projects involving Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) and Customer Cloud Service (CCS).

• Own the integration strategy, approach, and design deliverables during large‑scale transformation or platform upgrade initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into integration architecture artifacts.

• Define and maintain integration diagrams, integration rationalization, and overall architecture for Oracle Utilities applications.

• Provide leadership for workstreams involving Oracle Utilities WACS, MDM, and Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M).

• Support environment planning, provisioning, architecture support, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities.

• Support Release and Migration Management, including integration with DevOps pipelines.

• Ensure integration data integrity, performance, and best practices across Oracle SaaS platforms.

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Utilities and integration projects, preferably in Oracle SaaS cloud environments.

• 6+ years working with Oracle Utilities applications such as WACS, MDM, and Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M).

• 4+ years in a team lead role, responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery across internal, offshore, and client teams.

• Strong experience leading integration workstreams and defining enterprise integration strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Experience supporting DevOps‑enabled release and migration processes

• Strong exposure to complex utility enterprise environments

• Experience with large, multi‑vendor transformation programs

• Ability to lead projects and teams while remaining hands‑on with functional and integration details.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to complex business and technical challenges.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to inspire teams and drive high‑quality delivery in fast‑paced environments.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field).

Pay Details: $80.00 to $84.00 per hour
