Company Description
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in New Jersey. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated clinician who is interested not only in patient care but also in long-term professional growth, with potential for an equity position in the future.
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapy services to help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to support rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
