Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and offering appropriate guidance.

Design personalized insurance plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring full coverage and satisfaction.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and long-term engagement with the agency.

Keep abreast of market trends and innovations to provide clients with the most current product offerings and advice.

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a New Jersey Property & Casualty License. Licensing Assistance Available!

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
