• Day 1: $2,500
• 90 Days: $2,500
• 6 Months: $2,500
• 12 Months: $2,500

(Must be employed and in good standing at each milestone to qualify.) Who We’re Looking For

• Certified Polestar or EV Technicians (all levels encouraged to apply)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills
• Familiarity with high-voltage safety protocols and EV systems
• Committed to quality work, efficiency, and getting it right the first time
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Desire to learn and grow with a fast-moving EV-focused dealership

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs with a focus on electric powertrains
• Service and maintain braking, steering, suspension, and electrical systems
• Complete test drives and quality checks to confirm repairs
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and, when needed, customers
• Accurately document all work performed in line with Polestar brand standards

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (Entry-level and Apprentice candidates welcome)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to thrive in a modern, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• EV or hybrid experience a plus (training available)
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Certified A/B/C-Level Techs, Mobile Technicians, and candidates from crossover industries (diesel, aviation, marine, motorcycle, HVAC, etc.) encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)
