We are now hiring Part-Time Pet Care Specialists at our Morristown facility.

Schedule: Year-round, part-time position with 15-25 hours per week. Shift lengths vary based on business needs and your availability. Morning shifts begin at 6:00 AM; evening shifts end at 10:00 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Pay: Starting rate is $16.00-$17.00/hour based on prior professional pet care experience.

No prior professional experience is required—but a natural comfort around dogs of all sizes is essential!

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage hands-on in the health and wellness of our canine and feline guests.
• Prepare & deliver meals while following precise schedules and instructions.
• Provide engaging enrichment activities, including nature trail walks, off-leash play, and cuddle sessions.
• Maintain detailed observations and records for each pet guest to support quality care and customer service.
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the facility and pet areas.

What We're Looking For

• Comfort and confidence walking and handling dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties related to animal care
• Ability to read and write in English (for documentation, communication, and safety procedures)
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts (essential as we care for dogs 365 days a year!).
