Hagelin Spencer, LLC is seeking an associate attorney for its Jersey City office to practice in the New York Metropolitan area. New York and New Jersey admission required . Compensation commensurate with experience and extraordinary full benefit packages available including 401k with company match, health insurance, vacation time and sick time. On top of the full benefit packages available, we also succeed based on our teamwork, collegial atmosphere and flexible attitudes.
The associate will work in all aspects of litigation including depositions, motions, legal research, court conferences, client meetings, and trials. The associate’s focus will be in civil litigation, with a concentration in insurance defense litigation.
The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. However it is acceptable if the candidate is only licensed to practice in New York. Excellent writing and communication skills are required. Prior experience in personal injury litigation is preferred. However, we are willing to train if necessary.
