Location: Hoboken, NJ (Full-Time)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through evidence-based rehabilitation. This position requires strong assessment skills, effective treatment planning, and a steady approach to patient education so individuals understand their program and stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and functional movement assessments
- Build and update treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Provide skilled interventions including exercise instruction and manual techniques
- Reassess outcomes regularly and update goals as progress changes
- Coach patients through safe form and pacing during sessions
- Create and review home exercise programs for carryover
- Complete charting and comply with clinic policies and standards
Requirements
- DPT degree (or equivalent PT education) from an accredited institution
- Active PT license in New Jersey (required)
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification
- Outpatient clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates considered
- Comfortable managing a caseload and documenting efficiently
