Receptionist
The areas #1 Honda dealership is seeking a Full Time Receptionist/Cashier to greet customers and handle inbound calls. The individual should be responsible, upbeat, dress professionally, and able to multi-task. Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cheerfully greet and assist walk-in customers/visitors
- Answer phones/screen and transfer calls/take messages
- Receipt credit cards/checks/approve checks online
- Provide customers with updated information regarding their vehicle
- Handle customer requests/troubleshoot problems
- Provide information regarding customer registration and plating
- Assist office with various administrative duties
- Excellent interpersonal , and multi-tasking skills;
- Timely and regular verification of work for accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software.
- Excellent calculation skills for cashier accuracy
