Dr. Marc Berley is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and friendly Associate Dentist to join our busy practice. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth.

About Our Practice

• PPO and FFS
• 2 Drs., 2 hygienists, 6 total chairs
• Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week, potential FT in 2026
• Serving the community for over 25 years

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience .
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in New Jersey, in good standing.
• Completion of a residency program in general dentistry, preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry – ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, and has a focus on prevention.
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients.
