Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead and manage the front-of-house team with a hands-on approach, setting a high standard of service and performance through personal example.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff, instilling a strong understanding of fine dining service standards and restaurant operations.
• Manage inventory, cost of goods, and financial control to ensure profitability without compromising on quality.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media engagement and promotional campaigns, to enhance the restaurant's presence and brand.
• Utilize POS (Toast) and inventory software proficiently to manage operations and ensure smooth service.
• Provide exceptional guest service by handling escalated issues and ensuring all guests have an outstanding dining experience.
• Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment.
• Implement and manage restaurant events, catering to private parties, and other special occasions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant management role.
• Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to educate and inspire staff to uphold the highest standards.
• Expertise in managing fine dining service standards, from guest interaction to the quality of food preparation.
• Proficiency with Toast POS system and inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms, with experience in implementing effective campaigns and increasing social media engagement.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead by example, maintaining a professional demeanor and high energy in every aspect of the job.
• Self-motivated, problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving service and operations.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Salary and Benefits :
