Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer (Hybrid - AdTech | $160K-$185K + Bonus)

Location: Hybrid NYC OR NJ/NC with limited travel to NYC

Compensation: $160,000-$185,000 base + 10% bonus

Skills : Python, SQL, Cloud, and some experience with Snowflake and/or Redshift

We're partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AdTech company that's transforming how advertisers connect with audiences in the real world.

They're blending data, creativity, and technology to power smarter, more meaningful advertising experiences across billboards, transit, and mobile displays.

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer with the following experience:

• Strong experience with Python and SQL
• Hands-on with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience with AWS or GCP, and containerization (Kubernetes a plus)
• Familiarity with APIs, orchestration tools, and data automation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience in AdTech is a plus, but not required

You will help drive the development of their scalable, high-performance data infrastructure. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data solutions that power analytics, ML models, and business insights.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines
• Design large-scale data architectures to support analytics and ML
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes using cloud-native tools
• Ensure high data quality, integrity, and proper documentation
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions

What We're Looking For
