- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns.

- Process and handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.

- Maintain accurate client records, update databases, and assist with data entry.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
