This role is well suited for someone who has recruited sales talent or brings direct sales experience and is excited to partner closely with leaders to build high‑impact teams across the business.

This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is based out of our Fairfield, NJ headquarters, following a hybrid schedule with three to four days on‑site each week.

What You Will Do

S trategic Recruiting & Partnership


  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for sales, showroom, and operational roles, from discovery through offer

  • Lead structured intake conversations to deeply understand business needs, role success profiles, and team dynamics

  • Partner closely with senior leaders as a consultative advisor, bringing thoughtful recommendations and market insight


  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the Phillip Jeffries experience

Sales Talent & Pipeline Ownership


  • Build and maintain strong, proactive pipelines for sales and revenue‑generating roles

  • Leverage networking, referrals, sourcing, and industry relationships to identify high‑caliber talent

  • Travel as needed to support in‑person interviews, market hiring, and new showroom growth

  • Develop and manage a forward‑looking sales talent bench aligned to business growth plans

Candidate Experience & Hiring Excellence


  • Conduct in‑depth candidate screens and guide hiring teams on selection decisions

  • Coordinate interview schedules, travel, and logistics to deliver a seamless, high‑touch experience

  • Manage offer coordination, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and professionalism

  • Maintain complete and accurate recruiting records within the ATS

Employer Brand & Market Presence


  • Represent Phillip Jeffries in the market through hiring events, networking, and candidate outreach

  • Partner on employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn and digital hiring content

  • Stay attuned to sales hiring trends, competitive markets, and candidate expectations

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:


  • Are based in New Jersey or able to be on‑site three to four days per week in Fairfield, NJ

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition focused on sales or client‑facing roles, or 5+ years of progressive sales experience with demonstrated recruiting exposure

  • Have a strong track record recruiting sales, showroom, or relationship‑driven roles

  • Bring confidence and credibility when partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers

  • Can manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining quality and momentum

  • Communicate clearly, stay organized, and exercise strong judgment

  • Are open to travel as needed

  • Have experience in the interior design, luxury, or home furnishings industry, which is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $80,000–$95,000 annually, determined by experience, skills, and market alignment

  • Annual bonus program, recognizing individual and company performance

  • Annual cost‑of‑living increase, supporting long‑term growth and stability

  • Retirement savings plan, with the company automatically contributing approximately 10% of total annual compensation
