Bartender – Part-Time / Full-Time (Weekends)
Estia Greek Restaurant – Marlton, NJ
Estia, a high-end Greek restaurant in Marlton, NJ known for fresh seafood and exceptional hospitality , is looking for an experienced bartender for part-time or full-time weekend shifts to join our team.

Responsibilities
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests
Interact with guests, take drink and food orders, and provide excellent service
Assess guests’ preferences and make drink recommendations
Mix ingredients and prepare classic and specialty cocktails
Complete prep work for cocktails and garnishes
Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Use Toast POS to enter orders and manage bar tabs
Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies
Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
Maintain a guest-focused attitude and provide an excellent experience
Requirements
Resume and proven experience as a bartender
Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant POS systems preferred
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment
