Responsibilities
This position is responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Process FedEx packages and learn all aspects of FedEx machines
- Learn and process certified mail
- Learn mail machine to add postage as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files of daily activities
- Retrieve and drop off mail at the Post Office Distribution Center
- Process store mail outs as necessary
- Back up other areas of the Mega Center as required
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a valid Driver's license
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
