Position Overview:
As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing, cooking, and presenting our signature dishes with efficiency and quality. You’ll also contribute to ensuring a positive and welcoming environment while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
Responsabilities

• Provide exceptional customer service. Take customer orders , payments and hand food orders.
• Assit customers with any questions they might have about our menu.
• Prepare high-quality dishes in line with our standards.
• Efficiently organize kitchen operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent teamwork.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld, complying with state health regulations.
• Assist with receiving and organizing food deliveries.
• Appear on time, in full uniform, and ready for each shift.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear and professional communication skills. English needed.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for Cuban cuisine.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
• Must tolerate high noise levels and work efficiently under pressure.
