Location: North Jersey (Morristown / Bergen County Territory)
Compensation: $92,000–$135,000+ (negotiable) base + performance incentives

The Opportunity
• Join a leading national infusion pharmacy focused on seamless hospital-to-home transitions
• Drive referral growth in acute care settings, including hospitals and health systems
• Work directly with discharge planners, case managers, and clinical teams
• Field-based, fast-paced, and highly visible role tied to revenue growth

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital-based referral sources (case managers, discharge planners, physicians, pharmacy teams)
• Partner with internal teams (pharmacy, intake, nursing, operations) to ensure smooth patient onboarding
• Drive referral capture by supporting discharge planning and positioning infusion services as the preferred solution
• Participate in hospital rounds, care coordination meetings, and in-service presentations
• Identify and resolve intake or service barriers quickly
• Track referral activity, hospital engagement, and pipeline performance
• Develop expertise in infusion therapies, disease states, discharge workflows, and reimbursement
• Support hospital contracting efforts and training initiatives

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, healthcare, or related) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience selling infusion services
• Background in healthcare sales, hospital sales, or discharge planning coordination
• Experience working within acute care or hospital systems strongly preferred
• Ability to navigate complex hospital environments and influence multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of care transitions, discharge planning, and reimbursement
