Duration: Temp - 12 months

Shift: Flexible - They're open 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM

The candidates do need to be extremely up front once we ask about shifts as to their availability.

Pay Range: $20.04/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in first line support, Microsoft application troubleshooting, and multi-channel client care and a proven ability to resolve incidents efficiently, document tickets clearly, and meet operational metrics in a fast-paced environment .

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line support to internal employees via voice and chat as part of a 24x7 Global Service Desk.
• Manage multiple live chats concurrently and deliver technology support for up to two clients simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with Microsoft applications and proprietary systems.
• Document tickets with clear, detailed notes for escalation to second line teams when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in supporting Microsoft applications and enterprise desktops.
• Strong customer service skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent chats and meet defined service levels and quality metrics.
• Experience with ticketing tools and accurate incident documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in a 24x7 service desk or contact center environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident escalation workflows.
