Sales Development Representative

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site in the office role for a Sales Development Representative located in Mountain Lakes, NJ. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and scheduling appointments. The role includes conducting cold calls, prospecting through various channels, and identifying potential growth opportunities. Additionally, the individual will assist the sales team with follow-up activities and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and ready to work hard to build a career in sales. Qualified candidate will possess excellent persuasive verbal and listening skills, and someone who enjoys working in a challenging environment. Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management
- Proficiency with CRM software, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
- Time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
- Desire to grow their sales skills into an outside sales role in the future.
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform daily business prospective account contact calls, follow up emails and mailing targeted marketing collateral to potential buyers.
- Record and track all prospective and existing account contact information utilizing the region’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
- Perform consistent follow-up and follow-through with prospective and existing accounts
- Collaborate with Management and Sales Teams regularly
