How you create impact
Reporting to the Contract Logistics Operations Manager, you will oversee both the Inventory and Receiving teams. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records, ensuring all required paperwork and procedures are completed in alignment with company standards.
- You will create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures
- Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain inventory management
- Ensure Daily Cycle Counts are completed as expected and conclude any investigation as result from any discovered discrepancy
- Ensure all inventory adjustments are documented for future reference
- Provide training to Inventory Team members as needed
- Provide training to other Operations departments as needed to ensure quality of work and inventory accuracy
- Reconcile inventory and coordinate annual physical inventory procedures
- Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving the management of inventory
- Build a recovery program to ensure all defective products are accounted for an handled properly
- You will oversee the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs,including weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure the accurate preparation of reports regarding Inventory operations
- Work with on-site customer representatives to provide smooth operation and strengthen customer relations
- Provide support to Operations as needed in other areas
- Serve as key point of contact for operations team when handling inventory discrepancies or investigating inventory levels
- Serve as servant leader to your team and others
What we would like you to bring
- 2+ years of experience working with Inventory & Receiving management.
- 2+ years of experience managing Cycle counts
- 2+ years of experience conducting Root Cause Analysis
- 1+ years of leadership\Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1+ Years of WMS experience

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
