• Follow the care plan and communicate any changes in your client's condition or schedule
• Build a consistent, trusting relationship with your client and their family
• Maintain reliable attendance and a calm, professional presence in every home
• Be the reason someone in Camden County gets to stay home safely

What You Need

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification (must appear on the NJ CHHA Registry)
• Ability to work independently in a private duty home care setting
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Camden County, NJ
• Dependable attendance and sound professional judgment
• Commitment to respectful, one-on-one personal care in the home
