Compensation
• Up to $40/hour, based on experience

Position Summary
Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role includes overseeing install quality, supporting other installers, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality HVAC installations
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
• Manage install timelines and scope of work
• Track tools and materials; remain organized on job sites
• Complete all required installation paperwork accurately
• Educate homeowners on system operation after installation
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic

Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Willingness to follow company standards, procedures, and policies
• NATE Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
