Customer Service Specialist

The Dog Stop® - Long Hill seeks a full-time Customer Service Specialist. This person will be responsible for overseeing all canine and employee activities and most importantly greeting our furry friends!

Our Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic positive attitude and be confident and comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Candidates with strong backgrounds in hospitality, employee leadership, and retail experience are preferred. While front of house shifts are required, back of house shifts may also be assigned. Please understand our furry friends require our love and care 365 days a year, so while we will have flexible work schedules it is important that applicants be available to work on some weekend days and holidays.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include:

· Dog Care, including escorting our furry friends in and out of the facilities

· Guest check-in and check-out

· Customer Service, including facility tours and explanations of the services offered

· Back of the House Responsibilities, including, cleaning, meal prep, laundry, etc.

· Employee Management

· Retail Sales/Inventory Tracking

· Balancing Charges and Cash Intake

Compensation: Hourly compensation shall be based on candidate’s experience. Weekly schedules up to 40 hours plus overtime opportunities.
