ROLE OVERVIEW

UFS North America is entering a multi-year AI-driven transformation that will redefine how we attract, engage, convert, and retain operators across the omni-channel ecosystem. To accelerate this journey, we are seeking a NAM AI Transformation Project Manager to lead the orchestration, governance, and execution of all AI-enabled initiatives in the region.

This role acts as the bridge between the Global AI Transformation team and the North America business, ensuring that global platforms and capabilities are translated into market‑ready products, workflows, and outcomes, and that market practices are also reflected in global designs. You will own the North America AI roadmap, coordinate multi‑stakeholder alignment (Sales, Marketing, Culinary, IT, Data, Global Product Teams), manage budgets and timelines, and ensure AI initiatives are delivered OTIF, with measurable business impact.

This is a highly strategic, architectural, and cross‑functional role—ideal for someone who can think systemically, communicate crisply, and drive execution in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. AI Transformation Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
    • Translate global AI vision into a North America AI activation roadmap across Intelligent Marketing, ABM, lead management, chef engagement, sales enablement and loyalty.
    • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical readiness, and operator impact.
    • Build and maintain the AI capability roadmap spanning data layer, agentic layer, application layer and experience layer.
  2. Program Governance & Delivery Excellence
    • Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, and decision‑making mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.
    • Create project plans, risk logs, dependency maps, and budget tracking for all AI‑related programs.
    • Ensure OTIF delivery across global product squads, local digital teams, IT, and business stakeholders.
  3. Cross‑Functional Alignment & Change Leadership
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Global AI Product Teams and North America business units.
    • Drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Culinary, IT, Data, and Operations to ensure AI models and workflows reflect real operator needs.
    • Manage communication plans, training plans, and change readiness across all functions.
  4. AI Product Localization & Market Adoption
    • Translate global capabilities (AI agents, intent scoring, personalization engines, loyalty automation, ABM orchestration) into North America market use cases.
    • Lead pilot design, MVP scoping, UAT, and rollout for AI features.
    • Define adoption KPIs and ensure new AI workflows are embedded into daily operations.
  5. Data, Integration & Technology Coordination
    • Coordinate with Local and Global Tech to ensure proper integration of CDP, CRM, Marketo Journeys, AI Agents, AEM Personalization, Signal Based Lead Management, etc.
    • Support data quality, identity resolution, and Golden Profile governance requirements.
  6. Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to track AI impact on acquisition → engagement → qualification → conversion → retention → LTV.
    • Conduct retrospective reviews and embed learnings into future releases.
    • Continuously identify new AI opportunities that unlock growth or efficiency.
