- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating the POS system and handling payments
- Running food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Answering questions about the menu and specials
- Keeping the dining area clean and presentable
- Handling guest concerns or complaints gracefully
- Working with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service
