Real Estate Executive Lead Manager
FULL TIME
Weekdays - Virtual Assistant
10 am-7 pm est
$10 USD/hour with bonuses (expected to bring total compensation to $20+ per hour in the first year) are directly tied to conversion, lead flow and progression of leads down the sales funnel giving you the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Two 30-minute unpaid breaks
1-hour long lunch paid
Responsibilities & Duties:
Inbound & Cold Calling
CRM management
Building relationships with clients
Creating weekly email newsletters
Prep Showing Booklets
Creating monthly home evaluations updates
Administrative Tasks
Pull Market Data Monthly
Creating lists and skip tracing them to call
Basic Administrative Tasks - pulling data, adding contacts to CRM,
Set up Home Searches
**Core Requirements:**
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Minimum 2+ years experience managing other Virtual Assistants
* At least 2+ years of cold calling experience in Real Estate
* Proven experience using a dialer system
* Ability to confidently lead conversations and take control of calls
* Must have set 700+ appointments within the past 2 years
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a Management or Team Lead role
* Experience with data gathering and skip tracing using PropStream
* Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
