Receptionist position. Monday thru Friday from 10 am til 4pm. 30 hours a week. Possibly more hours.
This is a temporary position beginning in January until Mid May. Could turn into permanent.
Duties include Answering phones, checking emails, making appointments, verify appointments, scanning,
copying amongst other office procedures. Running a cash register. taking money from clients.
Must have Very good Customer relations and able to take constructive criticism. Must have good listening skills and must be reliable, and on time.
Helpful if have some experience with Excel, Google Calendar, and Quick books desktop.
Salary commensurate's with experience.
