Pay & Shifts

• Pay: $17–$20 per hour
• 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Execute production tasks: assembly, material handling, machine setup (build arbors), press or paint line operation, welding, testing, and quality checks.
• Transport and stage materials using forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Receive, verify, unload, and store inbound shipments; document and report defects or damage.
• Support quality control by inspecting products and addressing discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform general housekeeping.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet daily objectives.
• Take on additional duties to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–6 months’ experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and banding tools; required OSHA safety training.
• Forklift and crane license.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods; perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math, computer, and tape measure proficiency.
• Good hand–eye coordination; mechanical aptitude a plus.
• Detail-oriented; able to follow written instructions, production orders, or bills of material.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety- and quality-first mindset.
