Director of Sales
Identify and nurture referral sources, using strategic marketing techniques to maximize engagement.
Guide potential residents and families through the decision-making process with care and expertise.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lead tracking system.
Build and maintain strong relationships to advance leads through the sales funnel.
Encourage a sales-driven culture within the community by training and motivating team members.
Conduct regular strategy meetings with the Executive Director and provide timely sales reports. Revenue & Business Development: Strive to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
Use strategic pricing, inventory management, and service offerings to drive sales.
Develop partnerships with local professionals and community organizations to generate new leads.
Deliver engaging presentations to referral sources to showcase the benefits of our senior living community. Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a Quarterly Sales Plan based on market trends.
Conduct and analyze competitive market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative strategies that strengthen our position in the market. Resident Move-In Process: Oversee the move-in process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new residents.
Coordinate with care teams to assess resident needs and prepare for a smooth transition.
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. Financial & Operational Oversight: Assist in presenting the value of our services to prospective residents and their families.
Contribute to budget planning and manage department expenses efficiently.
Monitor financial reports and take action to address any areas of concern. Leadership & Team Development: Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure compliance.
Play an active role in fostering a positive and engaged team culture.
Attend key meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Proven success in marketing and sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.
