Bathroom Pros NJ specializes in 1–2 day bathroom transformations using high-quality acrylic systems. We focus on safety, style, and a 5-star customer experience. Due to growth, we’re looking for skilled installers who take pride in their work and want a long-term home with a solid, reputable company.

What You’ll Do

• Install acrylic tub/shower systems, wall surrounds, bases, and accessories

• Perform tear-outs of existing tubs/showers and prepare surfaces for new installations

• Complete most projects in 1–2 days while maintaining top-quality workmanship

• Follow company installation standards, safety procedures, and job checklists

• Communicate professionally with customers and your project manager

• Keep your work area clean and respect the customer’s home as if it were your own

  What We’re Looking For

  Required:

• Experience in at least one of the following:

  • Acrylic or fiberglass bath/shower installation

  • General carpentry / remodeling

  • Plumbing (basic connections, drain/valve work)

• Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Previous experience installing acrylic bath systems (Bathwraps, Bath Planet, Jacuzzi, Rebath, BCI, etc.)

• Experience working as part of a 2-person installation crew

• OSHA or safety certifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

• Professional appearance, good attitude, and great customer-service skills
