Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper with experience managing finances for diverse clients?
Dworkin Puzino & Associatea is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to become a vital part of our accounting team.
About the Role
As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for numerous clients across various industries.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clients by managing key financial areas and helping prepare essential reports.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, precise work.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and recording financial transaction in both QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks On-line.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Preparing Payroll & Sales Tax Returns and handling Tax Filings.
- Tracking expenses and monitoring cash flow for our clients.
- Collaborating with our accounting team and clients to address financial inquiries and ensure seamless operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within an account firm setting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position ~ 40 hours per week
- Potential for busy periods around tax deadlines.
Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
