- Three (3) years of office/secretarial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Must have excellent organizational skills, time management and computer skills
- Knowledge of Infinite Campus preferred
- Poses integrity, confidentiality and good moral character
- Demonstrate appropriate telephone skills with proper etiquette
- BILINGUAL preferred
- Must be computer literate and have knowledge of the school registration process
- Ability to coordinate and successfully execute multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, and the community
Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract Initiator: Lisa Vainieri-Marshall, Director - Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
