Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional support

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

• Meet performance targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with computer systems and data entry
