We're currently looking for a compassionate, dedicated licensed SPED teacher to support K-12 students in Gillette, Wyoming - all from the comfort of your home.

Your Role:

Personalize Learning: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
Engage Students Virtually: Provide adaptive and interactive virtual instruction that supports student growth and success.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with parents, teachers, and school staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Track Progress: Monitor student development, adapt teaching methods, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Leverage Technology: Use teletherapy tools and digital resources to enhance the learning experience for every student.

What You'll Need:

A valid Wyoming Special Education teaching license.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (or a related field).
At least two years of experience working with students with disabilities.
Comfort and confidence using technology and virtual learning platforms.
Strong communication and adaptability skills to build connections with students remotely.
A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
