Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and entry-level applicants looking to start a career in the dental field. You’ll play a key role in patient care and clinical support, contributing to a positive and efficient dental experience for our patients.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques

• Take and process dental X-rays (if certified)

• Provide chairside support and comfort to patients during procedures

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

• Maintain accurate patient records and charting

• Perform basic front-desk duties as needed, such as scheduling and confirming appointments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the operatory and clinical areas

• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

full-time $22 - $26 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Schedule:

• Monday–Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Thursday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
