What You’ll Do

• Conduct 1-on-1 training sessions and fitness consultations with new and existing members.

• Design safe and effective workout programs tailored to client goals.

• Drive results by educating members on proper form, nutrition basics, and sustainable fitness habits.

• Partner with our sales team to help new members transition into training packages.

• Build lasting relationships while motivating clients to push past their limits.

Competitive Pay Structure :

• $30/hour when booked with clients

• $16/hour non-booked admin/floor shifts

• Plus sales commissions for training package sales

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM or similar) — required

• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)

• Outgoing, professional, and motivational personality

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Sales-minded — comfortable presenting packages and driving results

• Ability to work a fixed schedule
