About the role

We're seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual with manufacturing machine operator experience to support our Packaging Technicians in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring material flow, and upholding strict safety and quality standards. If you have hands-on experience with production machinery, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.


Schedule: Weekend PM (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from 7:15 PM - 7:30 AM

Your responsibilities

Follow all safety protocols, including PPE, HAZCOM, Process Safety, Lock Out/Tag Out, and Emergency Action procedures.Adhere to ISO internal management system, Quality Control Plan, and applicable SOPs.


Ensure component traceability and compliance with waste, scrap reduction, and recycling guidelines.


Clear basic production line jams and restart equipment; feed materials as needed.


Perform equipment changeovers and assist with preventative maintenance as trained.


Operate aerial lift when required (certification provided).


Conduct Behavioral Safety Observations.


Train new and temporary operators as needed.


Collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.

This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

The experience we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED required plus minimum 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging operations
• Skilled in operating production equipment (startup, manual operation, clearing jams, shutdown)
• Assist with changeovers, washouts, and basic preventative maintenance
• Capable of minor troubleshooting and adjustments to optimize run time
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); strong communication skills
• Comfortable using electronic devices for data entry and reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong work standards, initiative, and accuracy
• Voluntary overtime, including weekends, is common
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, twisting, and turning
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Climbing stairs and crossovers as needed

Pay Range

Starting at $24 per hour

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
