This OTR role offers guided development, one‑on‑one support, and advancement into a clear path to long‑term success in the trucking industry.

- Paid on boarding with an experienced mentor
- Duration 4 to 6 weeks of Training
- Pay During the Training Period--$650 weekly
- 24/7 access to driver managers and support teams
Pay amp; Home Time
- Strong starting pay for new CDL A drivers
- Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400
- Weekly direct‑deposit pay
- Home Time: Stay out 2 weeks OTR, then enjoy 2 days at home with your loved ones
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in OTR lanes
- Complete on‑time pickups and deliveries
- Follow all D.O.T regulations and company safety standards
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Communicate professionally with dispatch
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school
- Ability to pass D.O.T drug screen
- Clean M.V.R and background (carrier‑specific standards apply)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
