My client is a leading manufacturing company and is growing! They are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance and engineering operations at their manufacturing facility.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Lead maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements
• Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians; ensure proper training and development
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently
• Support emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours response
• Assist the Maintenance & Engineering Manager with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance/engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, tools, and systems
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CMMS and automation/PLC systems
• Maintenance management certifications
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
