Now hiring servers and support staff - Seasonal position
Join the team at Bum Rogers Crab House and Tavern, a busy, high-energy crab house located at the Jersey Shore. We pride ourselves on delivering great food, fast service, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere for both guest and staff. During the summer season, we operate at a fast pace and are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who can keep up and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
What were looking for:
We are seeking expereinced servers and support staff who are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday availability is required, as these are our busies times. Ideal candidates are friendly, efficient, and able to provide excellent customer service under pressure.
Resposibilities:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and support staff
- Handle payments and ensure a smooth dining expereince
