The Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to help us build a new product from the ground up. This isnt just a feature or a moduleits a greenfield project with the opportunity to shape architecture and user experience from day one.

Youll work closely with product and leadership to take big ideas from zero to one. Ideal candidates are self-starters with startup experience who thrive in ambiguous environments and love turning napkin sketches into scalable, elegant solutions.

What Youll Do

• Architect, design, and develop a brand-new platform using modern backend technologies (Python)
• Own projects end-to-end, from early design through to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and refine the product vision
• Make key technical decisions on stack, tooling, infrastructure, and process
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and advocate for engineering best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and help build a strong engineering culture

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience building and scaling applications from scratch
• Strong backend experience with Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)
• Experience working in an early-stage startup or similarly fast-paced environment
• A builder mentalityyou love creating systems where none exist and thrive on autonomy
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong product sense with a customer-first mindset
