Forklift (Bendi) Operator

Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift (Bendi) Operator for our client in Secaucus, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate:

• $18 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator (Sit-Down / Bendi) to support warehouse operations by transporting, loading, and organizing materials throughout the facility. This role is responsible for operating forklifts safely, maintaining accurate product placement, and helping ensure smooth daily warehouse workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and Bendi forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas.
• Move pallets and materials to designated locations using proper safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory control and product organization.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Forklift certification required.
• At least 1 year of previous experience operating sit-down and Bendi forklifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
