The Administrative Assistant Clerical supports daily office operations by managing communications, document handling, and essential clerical tasks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to efficiently assist with office supply management, time card preparation, and document processing, ensuring smooth workflow within the team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, transfer as needed, and take clear messages
- Scan documents and log information accurately in Excel
- Perform basic filing and maintain document organization
- Manage and replenish office supplies
- Prepare employee time cards for payroll processing
- Assist in preparing legal documents for bids and municipalities
- Communicate effectively through phone and email
- Utilize basic Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail abilities
- Customer service oriented
